Reviews
Very good Chinese Korean restaurant. Lunch specials are solid. Good value for money. Noodles are outstanding.
This review is based on the only 3 dishes I've had for takeout: jjajangmyun, fried dumplings and mapo tofu with rice. I live 20 min from here and by the time I order and take it home it is STILL hot, fresh, delicious and the dumplings are crispy. Ever since I heard the quality of my favorite jjajangmyun place went down, I found this place and it's great. I basically inhale this every time I order it. The dumplings are tasty and so is the mapo tofu with rice. It's all so yummy and definitely a great bang for your buck.
First time trying this place- ordered for delivery came on time and everything was still warm! Portions 8/10 Price: 6/10 (pricier than most other chinese/korean places) Food: 8/10 Jjajang myeon tasted great, not to MSG-y, the japchae dish was a little bit more oily but the flower bread pairs so well. The shrimp gganpoongki was also great, the sauce is so sweet and tangy! Recommend but you can get cheaper jjajangmyeon for similar quality/taste at other places.
Menu was great. A lot different options for combination. Price was good. Fried chicken and pork both were delicious. Love the garlic sauce. Service was so good. We ordered spicy noodles but it came black bean noodles. The server just gave us a small bowl of spicy noodles without any charges. We ended up having leftover for the next day lunch. Will visit it again.
Under New Management and for the better. Came once before and it was meh. Last night was the first time I came since new management and everything was spot on. We opted for the Set for 2 - Sweet Sour Pork, Hot noodle soup w/ seafood, & Black-bean Noodles with Pork for $36. TBH it's enough for 3 people and everything was BOMB, especially the Sweet & Sour Pork. Lunch special looks like a good value too so def support them. Show new management some love because they deserve it. Service was good as well :)
